Sjór Health – Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern recurring purchases of Sjór Health products.

1. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew every five (5) weeks unless canceled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges without additional approval.

2. Subscription Pricing & Discounts

Subscribers receive 30% off the first subscription shipment. After the initial shipment, active subscriptions receive a 10% discount on all subsequent recurring shipments for as long as the subscription remains active.

The 30% introductory discount is available only with subscription enrollment and does not apply to one-time purchases. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and on recurring billing.

3. Billing

You must maintain accurate billing information. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

4. Price Changes

Product prices may change over time. If pricing changes, you will be notified in advance and may cancel your subscription before the next scheduled shipment.

5. Personal Use Only

Products are for personal use only and may not be resold.

6. Shipping

Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and customs fees.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us or through your account, provided cancellation occurs at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled shipment.

8. Refunds

First-time subscription orders are eligible for a 30-day refund (excluding shipping and taxes). All subsequent subscription shipments are final sale and non-refundable.
