We aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible so your products arrive smoothly.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotions.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, order size, and shipping method selected.

4. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Issues

Sjór Health is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at care@sjor.health and we’ll do our best to assist.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
