This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Sjór Health website.
Returns
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact care@sjor.health with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Subscription Orders
Returns and refunds for subscription purchases are governed by our Subscription Terms.

First subscription order: Eligible for a 30-day refund, excluding shipping and taxes.

Subsequent subscription shipments: Non-refundable and not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@sjor.health, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and assist where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Subscription cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next scheduled shipment, as outlined in our Subscription Terms.
