For years, our founder Jennifer Johnston-Jones, PhD, worked at the forefront of brain health—as a neuropsychologist and psychologist studying how nutrition, neural signaling, and the environment shape cognitive and emotional well-being. Through both her professional work and personal health journey, one truth became increasingly clear: omega-3 fatty acids are foundational to brain health, yet the quality of what’s available on the market varies dramatically.
Jennifer experienced firsthand how high-quality omega-3s could meaningfully support neurological function and overall well-being.
